How's about roasted pepper and saute Onion's?

1 Cup sliced the ring's
1 Cup sliced ,red,green,yellow,bell pepper's

Heat a well seasoned cast iron skillet.,when smoking add Your favorite oil or grease what ever?
Add onion ring's stir till lightly browned or if You prefer it can be lightly burn,Ft.
Add Your Bell pepper's as described above,stir till cooked to Your preference.
With everything cooked including the sausage which I forgot to mention is included while the other ingredients' age being either bar-b-cued or roasted or broiled.
I'd have a bowl of CAMPBELL'S TOMATO SOUP also as an accompaniment. add what ever You want to the soup maybe mozzarella cheese, or ricotta,mitt's up to You.

That's My recipe,and I'm sticking to it.
